Mum and I bottle them whole in the jars and freeze them for making Jam during Winter.<br \/>\nBurbank plums are coming on..they are yellow flesh and great for eating and cooking. I love these cooked with custard or yogurt.<br \/>\nThey freeze well as does the Billington plum.<br \/>\nIt looks like the next variety of Nectarines will be ready for PYO as from Wednesday, Waitangi Day\u2026..will confirm closer to the time.<span class=\"_5mfr\"><span class=\"_6qdm\">?<\/span><\/span><br \/>\nRed Gravenstein apples\u2026.our very first apple..will be ready \u2018possibly\u2019 from the 9th February. \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026and Bon Chretien Pears will be available in 5kg and 10kg bags as from \u2018possibly\u2019 the 9th Feb\u2026will you posted.
