{"id":2786,"date":"2020-02-07T20:50:45","date_gmt":"2020-02-07T08:05:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hobbsorchard.co.nz\/blog\/hobbsorc_blog\/wordpress\/?p=2786"},"modified":"2020-02-07T20:50:45","modified_gmt":"2020-02-07T08:05:45","slug":"update-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hobbsorchard.co.nz\/blog\/hobbsorc_blog\/wordpress\/?p=2786","title":{"rendered":"Update!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well it looks like this weekend and possibly throughout next week will be the finish of our PYO Apricots for the Season..<span class=\"_5mfr\"><span class=\"_6qdm\">?<\/span><\/span><span class=\"_5mfr\"><span class=\"_6qdm\">?<\/span><\/span><br \/>\nIt has been a funny old week.\u2026.what with heavy continual rain for 3 days in a row and then sunshine, something we haven\u2019t seen much of this summer!! <span class=\"_5mfr\"><span class=\"_6qdm\">?<\/span><\/span><span class=\"_5mfr\"><span class=\"_6qdm\">\u2614\ufe0f<\/span><\/span><span class=\"_5mfr\"><span class=\"_6qdm\">\u2614\ufe0f<\/span><\/span><span class=\"_5mfr\"><span class=\"_6qdm\">?<\/span><\/span><span class=\"_5mfr\"><span class=\"_6qdm\">\u2600\ufe0f<\/span><\/span><br \/>\nNectarines are not ripe enough for PYO this weekend so it looks like they will start on Monday\u2026.oh joy\u2026 another disappointment\u2026for us and everyone else.<br \/>\nBut if you are coming up this weekend, there<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"> are nectarines at other Fruit Stalls throughout the valley <span class=\"_5mfr\"><span class=\"_6qdm\">?<\/span><\/span><br \/>\nOur Stall is fully stocked with 2nd grade boxes of apricots and also Black Amber and Billington plums.<br \/>\nBlack Amber are a yellow\/reddish plum which are great for eating and jam.<br \/>\nBillington plums are in plentiful supply and are great for eating and sauce.<br \/>\nStill have the Shiro plums available as well&#8230;.lovely for eating and making jam <span class=\"_5mfr\"><span class=\"_6qdm\">?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Funny old season\u2026&#8230;all the ripening dates are up the shoot!<br \/>\nThe Bon Chretien Pears are about another week away as are our Red Gavenstein apples which are our very first apple..
