{"id":3376,"date":"2025-01-03T14:07:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-03T01:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hobbsorchard.co.nz\/blog\/hobbsorc_blog\/wordpress\/?p=3376"},"modified":"2025-01-07T14:07:52","modified_gmt":"2025-01-07T01:22:52","slug":"3376","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hobbsorchard.co.nz\/blog\/hobbsorc_blog\/wordpress\/?p=3376","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>PYO Update<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sam has just informed me that PYO Sundrop apricots will start this Saturday 4th January, as the intense heat over the past two days has ripened the fruit evenly enough to start up <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude01\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tee\/2\/16\/1f601.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As usual there will be plenty of large boxes of Sundrops on the Fruit Stall for those who don\u2019t want to PYO but still want bulk apricots for bottling\/freezing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a>There is no urgency to get up here right now as PYO Sundrops will last a while and there is more varieties coming on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We had rain all night and it is still gently falling <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf27\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t6f\/2\/16\/1f327.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude33\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tcd\/2\/16\/1f633.png\"> thankfully Sam and crew picked plenty yesterday so Sandra (Mum) and I are packing Sundrops as I write <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u263a\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t7c\/2\/16\/263a.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So we will have plenty of large and small boxes and bags on the Fruit Stall as usual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another few days wait for the next variety of plums as they are not quite ripe yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freshly dug spuds available still <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83e\udd54\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t4f\/2\/16\/1f954.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact me, Ruby on 027 288 6090 for all queries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open 7 days 7am &#8211;
